RENTAL RATES FOR 2010/2011 SEASON

RESERVATIONS REQUIRED

SEASON RATES

OCTOBER 1, THRU MAY 1

DAILY:   $55.00

WEEKLY:   $325.00

2 WEEKS:  $525.00

3 WEEKS:  $695.00

30 DAYS:  $795.00 + electricity

Short term (less than 30 days) 

rates include full hook-ups: water, sewer, trash pick-up, electricity.

 30 day reservations will be charged

$2 - $5 per day for power, and depends on RV size.

      For RV’s 24’ to 32’, the electricity will be $2 per day.

For RV’s 33’ to 38’, the

 electricity will be $3 per day.

For RV’s over 38’, the 

electricity will be $5 per day.

     Cable TV, Internet and/or Phone service may be arranged BY THE RENTER directly through our Cox representative, David Jaronik at 602-694-1813.

 Golf is separate but you do receive a discounted price as a Happy Trails tenant.

Reservations are not available for RV’s smaller than 24 feet or larger than 45 feet.  The RV cannot be older than 10 years of age unless prior approval is obtained from the Happy Trails Review Committee. 

Happy Trails RV Resort is a Senior Adult Community and complies with the Federal Fair Housing Guidelines.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is no financial responsibility if cancellation is 30+ days prior to reservation start date.

 50% of 1^st segment is due if cancelled 15 - 29 days prior to reservation start date.

 Full financial responsibility of 1^st 30 days, if cancelled 14 days or less prior to reservation start date.
